One Year Extended Protection Plan – This is our most popular option for those who purchase our refurbished machines. This plan will protect your investment up to one year from the purchase date. We offer this plan for $49.00 for all refurbished computers up to $999.00
For all refurbished computers over $!000.00 we offer a complimentary 1 year limited warranty and the option to extend to 3 years for only $149.00
New computers
All new computers come with a one year parts and labor limited warranty. Some hardware carries a manufacturer’s warranty of 3 years. This warranty would apply to the consumer and we can assist with the replacement of those items with the manufacturer. Also, you can choose to extend the warranty on any of our new computers to 3 years for only $199.00
Upgrades
An extended protection plan gives you more than just break fix repair services, it gives you free service for all hardware upgrades! Want to upgrade your processor, memory, hard drive? No problems, you pay for the parts and we will install it for free.

HOW OUR WARRANTY WORKS FOR YOU
In the unlikely event, you have a problem with your mac or pc computer purchased from us, first call our service center 863-607-4357 to schedule an appointment to come in. If we cannot resolve your problem during your scheduled appointment, we will check in your device and give you an estimated repair date for you to pick up your machine.
We DO NOT warranty against data loss, acts of God, loss, physical abuse or damage. We cover any defects in workmanship or product failure.
We strongly encourage our customers to make regular backups of their data to ensure against data loss. If you do not have a backup many times we can backup your data for an additional charge. This is a service we offer that many, if not all major manufactures don’t.
Extended warranty/protection plan customers receive a complimentary loaner pc or mac should the repair take longer than 24 hours. We pride ourselves on being able to offer such a spectacular program like this. We understand our clients need to be online and operating when they need it.

When you buy any of our ComputerXpress certified refurbished computers you get quality and peace of mind with every purchase. We understand that needs change from time to time and that is why we offer this unprecedented change up program.

All computer repairs come with a 90-day labor and one year warranty on defects in hardware and workmanship. We also cover all software problems for the first 30 days including software corruption and operating system reinstallation. Get a virus in the first 30 days? No problem, we will remove it for free.
CELL PHONE AND TABLET REPAIR WARRANTY
We offer a 90 day parts and labor guarantee on all cell phone and tablet repairs. If your mobile phone or tablet stops working related to the part or product we installed we will repair or replace at no charge to you. If you purchase a 9H screen protector for your apple iPhone or iPad we will offer a lifetime warranty for your device.
We do not warranty against glass breakage, water damage, or items that were not included in the repair. We do not cover software issues, bent phones, a repair performed by another technician after the fact, data loss (please backup your date).
